In my excitement to get out my top 10 comics of the year last week, I totally brain-farted and neglected to put DOOM PATROL by Gerard Way and Nick Derrington on there. Probably would've placed about 5th, too. I can't imagine this will have any impact on your lives, but the book deserves a shout out (and your attention if you haven't checked it out), so there you go. Next week I should have my Top 10 GNs, TPs and indy book list ready to go as well.

HUNGRY GHOSTS (Dark Horse) This looks very promising-- Anthony Bourdain co-writes this anthology series featuring stories about the undead and food. I'm in!

JUSTICE LEAGUE DOOM PATROL SPECIAL (DC) This one-shot is a MILK WARS tie-in! Gerard Way and Steve Orlando co-write. It's gonna be weird.

MOTHERLANDS (DC/Vertigo) Si Spurrier writes good comics. This future sci-fi parallel Earth monster comic looks to continue that streak.

SIDEWAYS (DC) Spinning out from METAL! A new super hero is hitting the city, courtesy of Justin Jordan & Kenneth Rocafort!

YOUNG MONSTERS IN LOVE (DC) Valentine's Day! One-shot! Ten bucks. But looks fun!

STRETCH ARMSTRONG & THE FLEX FIGHTERS (IDW) I have no idea how to order this. If you want it, you're gonna have to tell me.
